Returns and original shipping fee.

I knew I had to pay for return shipping using the prepaid label, but when did QVC start deducting the original shipping cost, as well?

A LONG time ago. I believe it used to be $6.95 (or thereabouts) to ship to us and we got it all back with a return. But that was many years ago. Then shipping was $3.00 and they made a big fuss about it, but it was non refundable. Then it quietly moved to $3.50. Frankly, I am surprised they have not raised it again, but I bet that is coming.

Yes, it Was years ago!!!

Possibly you wouldn't have noticed if you don't do a lot of returns.

If the wrong item is send, defective or damaged....you do still get all that refunded and don't have to pay the label fee.

@shoppingless I don't remember when they didn't. To me, that's a fair charge anyway. It keeps people from ordering stuff to "play with it" (one frequent makeup buyer freely admitted doing that) and the rest of us paying for it.

If you buy something, don't like it and decide to return it .... why should QVC "eat" the original shipping fee?
