Why so many technical difficulties? Was looking forward to the final hours of CIJ, but can't even get to my cart.

I received a $60 merchandise certificate from Nordstrom today because they had "technical difficulties" the first day of their sale.

I have been unable to search.  This has become a pain tomight.  Thankfully, I am not trying to buy something special, but I think someone better needs to take over this website .

I am so disgusted with this website.  it seems like every other  day there is a problem.

 

I am trying to buy CIJ  items on 4 easy payas but it does not come up as 4 EP.

They do seem to have a lot of issues, don't they? Hmmm... I have an idea... maybe they need to hire a few people that know what they're doing... ya think?

Isn't is wonderful that there are tons of other places to shop?  Places that don't have all the problems the Q does and get products to you quickly instead of 10 to 14 days.  The Q isn't worth the time and effort.

We all need to stop ordering from the Q instead of complaining, they are not listening.
