The biggest problem with exchanges is that the color or size you want will be sold out before they process a return...Especially true for XXS and XS sizes. Why can't they find a way to immediately let you initiate and order the desired exchange as soon as you decide that's what you need.to do? They will get the original purchased item back...if they don't just go ahead and charge the purchaser for both if they don't follow through with actually sending the original purchase back within the 30 days. The exchange process is very frustrating.
