I sent back a top which had a hole in it.....requesting an exchange ....instead received a refund minus shipping, etc...I called customer service and they said the invoice stated a refund ...I even had put a safety pin on the hole so they could see it....I wanted the top back as an exchange!   I am canceling the order - too much craziness not playing!  Virus or no virus people should be able to read and follow instructions.....

Hi @sweeties mom thank you for posting to us here in our Community Customer Care forum today. I am very sorry for the defective product and that it needed to be returned. I checked the order and our representative issued the refund for the label fees and the item now has been refunded in full. I am sorry that we could not offer the exchange. Kim
