I spend thousands, literally, with QVC every year and I'm just about done. I have NEVER placed an exchange order and received it. I'm always refunded. On December 14 I placed an order for a sweater and paid extra to receive it before Christmas. It came and was too large. I did an exchange and even wrote on a large sheet of paper, PLEASE EXCHANGE, as I had already spent too much for the express shipping. I wait and wait. I finally receive an email saying look in the mailbox, my exchange would be there soon. I wait another couple of weeks. Nothing. So I contact CS. They said it was refunded. It was not, they refunded another sweater I returned. So they place the order for the exchange while I'm on the phone. Keep in mind they had not refunded me for the sweater or exchanged it, and was paid in full. Not sure if they would have ever caught the mistake, that they owed me over $100. Now it's been "in process" for a week now. I contact CS again. All they tell me is that it's in process and it should ship anytime, although it's been "in process" since Jan. 17. Today is the 23rd and it's saying I'll receive by the 27th. Yeah right. Cold weather will be over by the time I get it, IF I get it. Since I originally paid an extra $20 on shipping, the least they could've done would be to ship it out express since this was their mistake and they've had my money since Dec. 14. So, I think I'm done with QVC. I've since found a couple of other stores that I love with free returns, speedy shipping and speedy refunds. There's only a couple of brands I love on QVC. Too bad I can't buy those elsewhere. Customer Service, I hope you read this. You've lost a VERY good customer. I'm done.

@Packer1959 IMO, you are making the right decision to shop elsewhere. I cannot imagine spending thousands??? yearly at QVC???!!! Plenty of other places to shop with similar, if not better, products than what the Q carries.

Custmomer service is probably not going to read your post. You should get in touch with the Q social team. Just title your post with "QVC social team".
As for reading it, it would be SO much easier to read and on the eyes if you broke up the post in easy to read paragraphs.

@Packer1959 I couldn't read most of it because it's not broken up into paragraphs. Follow the advice given by the Mod in response to your post.
Since you're so unhappy consider other shopping options.

My expeience is that several recent items that I sent back for exchange , color on makeup and some clothes were all processed as returns. I don't think that they read the slips anymore if you mark for exchange. The item is in stock many times.

I ordered a sweater on April 14th, and I got an exchange finally in may, but the wrong color, I only wanted a smaller size. I sent it back, didn't hear a word. I called up Customer Service fuming. She ordered it for me and credited me the return shipping as exchanges are supposed to be free. It took 2 months to get this sweater. It's too late to wear it as spring is gone. Hands down QVC is the absolute worst for shipping and handling. The sizing is all off. I'm finishing up. I'm deleting the app after this next delivery, whenever that will show up. I'm shopping with free shipping from now on. QVC and HSN are the only online shopping services that are charging for shipping over $35.00. I'm done with these people.

@skatting44 It happened to me so many times I've. given up. I have expressed my frustration with CS realizing its not the CS rep's fault, I was given a $15 credit towards a future purchase to be used within 30 days. What's more frustrating or equally so is when you receive the wrong item and your size is no longer available. Happened recently with a pair of NYDJ jeans. 🤬
