Exchanged Item Says Returned

I've been tracking an item that I returned for an exchange.  I called CS before returning it, and they put a notation on my order that it was an exchange.  The moderators also put a notation on my order.  Now my account here says "returned."  Does that mean my exchange could still happen, or will they just refund my money?  I still want an exchange on the shoes in a size 7.5M and they are still available.

Hi @NickNack I checked your order and the size 7-1/2 is in the process of shipping so the exchange was made. Your estimated delivery date is 3/15.
