Exchange question...

If I buy a sweater.... and when it arrives it is too small..........and it is SOLD OUT in the next size in the same color. Can I exchange it  for a larger size in another color without paying the shipping?

I had this conversation with customer service the other day- and they told me it just had to be the same item #.  Hopefully the replies you receive will have some consistency!

Hi @Nataliesgramma

 

@Ibby114 gave you great advice - as long as you are exchanging it for the same item number there will be no charge for the return shipping.
