Okay, I am really upset, but I don't think a MOD can help me. I sent a ring back in size 5 and asked for an "exchange" ring in size 6. I paid for the return postage myself (mailed via USPS 02/17/2018) and QVC received the ring on 02/20/2018.
I called yesterday, 02/26/2018 to inquire how long the processing of the exchange would take. The very nice CS representative said it should be soon, but she would go ahead and send out the size 6 ring via express delivery to me. It should arrive on 02/28/2018. She reassured me that she had noted it in the system, that she was sending out the size 6, and that the warehouse would not duplicate the order.
But, when I checked my account this morning I find that another ring is being "processed" and it is a SIZE 5! The size I returned.
I called and was told it was too far along in the "process" to cancel. Sorry for the inconvenience, when you receive it just send it back and we won't charge you Blah, Blah, Blah...
Meanwhile, my CC is tied up with this charge and I am not happy. Maybe I will call the CC company and have them stop the payment??
Why did this even happen? And, the second order was for the size I returned.
I now know it is time to stop spending my money here!
