Erroneous Charge for Exchange

On August 2 I ordered A294304 - D&C French Terry Tunic.  I returned it for exchange within a few days.  Replacement was shipped August 29, which I received and kept.

 

Today I received an email from QVC telling me that my refund of $6.95 was processed and that I should see the credit in the next two months!

 

How could this possibly take so long?

Be thankful you're getting the money back.  From recent conplaints it seems many people have to fight w/Q to get a refund.  Doubt if it'll take 2 months - CS doesn't want you to call tomorrow asking about it.

Retailers always list the longest possible time a refund ever took.  I think they said that back before computers existed.  They dont want you calling them everyvday asking about your refund.

Not sure I understand, did you know about the refund for the shipping or was it a surprise to you

@I am still oxox - I was a little surprised - thought they already took care of it.  It's been so long that I honestly don't remember waiting for it.

It seems QVC is getting around to correcting those exchange mistakes they made where they were charging people the $6.95 return fee for exchanging an item.

Hi @Stevie Nix there was a computer glitch and it is now being rectified for those orders that were for exchanges and they were charged for postage.
