Empty tv box....

Ordered a 55” tv I seen from UPS the package weighed apparently 0.20LBS yes 2/10 of a pound found it kinda fishy so I received it and of course it weighed close to nothing so I called qvc.... they said they refunded me but now they cancelled my account and said billing is still in effect now.... how am I gonna pay for something that I didn’t get?!

@Tylers503 Did the packing list and or tracking information give that same weight - it so, it's a no brainer, the box left QVC empty.

 

If the weight is correct on the label, maybe you have camera footage showing how it was being handled while being delivered, that would certainly show whether or not the delivery person handled a large TV or an empty box.
