@NYC Susan wrote:I'm annoyed by a different type of email. I ordered potstickers a couple of months ago. Something was wrong with them, and I had an extremely difficult time getting thru to CS even though I tried for days. Finally I was able to get a refund (thanks to help I received here). Obviously I have sworn off these potstickers forever. The frustrating, time-consuming experience left a bad taste in my mouth, in more ways than one.
But..........I constantly get emails - "Something you loved is back in stock!", and there's a photo of the dreaded potstickers. You would think QVC wouldn't want to keep reminding me about them! :-) Every time I get one of those emails, I remember how terrible they were and how angry I was with QVC because of their complete lack of CS. These emails are counter-productive, to say the least.
Yep.
I actually got one of those "back in stock" emails that I was interested in. I wanted another of something I had ordered, so I was glad to see it was back in stock. Except it wasn't!
Or the other emails about "something you love" for something I've never even looked at!

@Anonymous032819 wrote:Other companies does this too.
Why people love to act as if QVC is the only company that does this is beyond me.
Just delete the email and move on with life.
Don't sweat the small stuff.
And furthermore if you read my response I said I know companies do this for marketing but QVC is the only one that won't go away when you click unsubscribe. What's beyond you? Who said QVC was the only one that does this? Yeah I don't sit on these boards all day like some of you do..... just to be internet trolls

I said this on my other thread that got deleted bc I cross posted. I still look at my spam/junk folder bc true story-I got a job offer for my current and dream job in my spam folder, almost deleted it thinking it was junk and to my surprise it was something really good. This post is light hearted and there's plenty bigger issues to concern ourselves with but I am just trying to get this problem fixed after trying for at least a year or more. To anyone that has smart ****** response .... please keep scrolling period.

I had the same concern--you can't unsubscribe from those emails. However I just signed in to my account and there is a setting for you to choose which emails you want and a place to unsubscribe from all. Hope this really works.
