It was mailed yesterday.  To be delivered tomorrow.  I spoke to CS yesterday and they were waiting for the vendor to release it.

I don't use them often, but many times, the social team can answer I swear in minutes.  Best CS I've seen.  Sorry you didn't get the same response.  Maybe resend.
