H437828 was a TSV on Sept 6. Was that during a Christmas event so can return until 1/31? I know those special days items bought had a different return window than non Christmas shopping days.

@Sakuya. The period for Christmas returns started September 22, so it appears you're out of luck.

@Sakuya I agree with @Kachina624 . I thought it started 9/23 but either way your purchase is weeks before their holiday return policy.

I would call customer service and let them know that it was sold during a Christmas program.  I returned a pair of shoes but called first since they were purchased just a few days before the cut off date and got an okay to return them from CS.

@haddon9 Your purchase was within days. The OP's was 2-12 weeks before. I don't think it would apply. But who knows.

It's been over 4 months since her purchase.

I know the general policy for January return started later in September; however, items purchased during Christmas in July and then on the special Christmas days after July were also eligible for January return. I just don't know if that TSV was on a Christmas day where it would apply.

@Sakuya Have you tried contacting the social team or CS? They are really the only ones that could give you a definitive answer.

@Sakuya  - @cjm61 is correct.  You should ask the Social Team (or CS) directly.

I didn't think these were presented during a Christmas show; I thought they were more fall oriented, but I could be wrong.

Why not email QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and see what they can tell you?  They're the best at resolving things like this and will have the information you need.

Thank you everyone! I will contact social and let you know what they say. I was thinking they would have answered here. Smiley Happy
