I ordered Wen on 5 Easy pays June 12, 2017....on auto delivery . When I received my auto delivery 2nd Wen....QVC took the full amount of delivery out with no easy pay. I just was on phone with a lovely Customer Service to please fix this so my easy pays are taken out and not the full amount....THIS IS WHY I USE EASY PAY!!!! HER MANAGER TOLD HER BECAUSE THE DAY MY Auto was mailed..there was NO EASY PAY OFFERED....I HAD TO PY THE FULL AMOUNT!!!!

That's ridiculous!!!

Auto delivery 2nd shipment has always come with the same number of ez-pays and the same S&H as the 1st shipment, UNLESS they state in the salespitch the finances on the 2nd shipment will be different. (I had WEN mousse on AD, the 2nd shipment was 20% off).
I always read the item description to check for anything like that in case I didn't hear it in the original presentation.

Unexpected price hikes, fewer ez-pays, & and questionable S&H charges on auto delivery have been occasionally questioned/reported here.

I am a little confused, about the auto delivery, when was or is the second delivery, June was 5 months ago, was there no shipment between then and now

@I am still oxox, some WEN products are on a 6 month Auto Delivery - the gallons of cleansing conditioner.
