Easy Pay Problem..please help QVC

I am leaving this here because I have now called and written QVC custoemr service over 6 times inteh past week.  I tried to process some of my easy pay payments to pay them off on 2/28/19.  Everythign now shows as past due.  This is a QVC issue.  I contacted my bank--they have not rejected any payment.  Nothing has been processed for these past due payments.  I notified them that many small payments wold be processed so they would not reject.  

 

On Saturday QVC told me to wait 24 hours.  On Tuesday they said wait 4 days.  Yesterday I was told I needed to call back every day so that they would process a few each day.  Really?  I need to call every day to remind the billing department to bill me?

 

Here's the thing...I want to pay these off.  I tried to pay these off.  I used the system QVC has in place..I used the "Pay Now" feature.   So this isn't my problem to chase after.  For some reason QVC simply isn't billing these and instead they show as past due when I pull up my easy pay orders.

 

Can someone at QVC i the billing department simply put these payments through?

 

Goodness...it shouldn't be so hard to simply pay for the items I have purchased!
