Recently received items are not reflecting the easy pays on my order form. When I look at my order on line it does show the number of easy pays but not the amount of each payment. This is something new since in the past my easy pays with the amount of each payment was listed on the form. This is very frustrating when I am going over my bill if I decide not to pay off the full amount and keep the easy pay option going. Sure I can divide the total by the amount if easy pays, but what a pain. Is anyone else seeing this?

I complained about this same thing and was told by customer service that the information would no longer be shown on the invoice you receive. JUst another way to make it more difficult for the customer.

That is ridiculous. I always reconcile my bill and this just makes it more difficult. Really, how difficult can it be to list the easy pays.
