I have the same issue again with EZ pays from July 4 & 5th in billing.  I called Customer Service & gave them another credit card and she said she put a ticket on all 4.  They should show up as paid by tomorrow.  I agree "What a mess."  And I notice that they are taking out the payments very early in the day now instead of late at night.

@stellabystarlight  Please check your bank statement for the original card.  It is possible that the one for the 4th will clear tomorrow on your original card, and it might also be on the new card you gave her thus two payments. 

 

I notified the QVCSocial team a couple weeks ago that there was a problem dating from 6/28 to 7/7.  I also started a thread on customer care about this.   The social team said it would be taken care of in 24-48 hours, however it is taking longer than that.

 

I am seeing my end of June payments and payments up to 7/3 are now showing on my credit card.  It seems like they are going through them day by day and pubmitting them to my card.  Hopefully my 7/4 with go through tomorrow, I also have one for 7/5, 7/6 and two for 7/7.  When they are showing up as billed on my credit card, I will breath a sigh of relief.  My statement billing date is sometime in the next few days so I hope that all the "in billing" items are on it by then.

 

I have 8 more due in August, which I will pay in full.  Then as soon as I can check my credit card statements to make sure all my transactions are correct, I will not consider QVC as a viable vendor.  If something happens in the future and I see people having positive results from ordering, shipping, receiving their merchandise with return labels, and no more "in billing" or late payments (if they are not the customers fault), I will come back.  Good luck.

I don't use easy pay but I do know they're also having problems with billing in that charges that have clearly posted to my credit card (NOT talking about pending status category) QVC tells me have not been billed yet on their end. I have had two instances of this so far. Charges to my credit card do not show on QVC's end three and four days after the post date on my Visa account. I had even received an item and they still said it had not been billed yet in their system. 😲

 

This is pitiful.....and this is seriously concerning.

@plc123  were you told that you can not place an order until it's cleared up? I didn't know about mine in June and I was able to place an order. Only if it's your fault then you can't place an order. If your Card expires or you reach your credit limit then you can't place an order.

It's beyond ridiculous and no one should get their credit rating affected by this as it's their fault - not the customer's.

@HisElk1  as far as I know Easy Pay at QVC does not affect your Credit Rating. Some one Posted that a Poster on FB said something like that. No way!!

@stellabystarlight  why did you give them a different Card? Was that one expired?

The card i use is my debit card and no it isn't expired.
