For months, I’ve been receiving multiple daily emails from QVC which I do not want. I have just checked all of my settings (and have done this before more than once) and ONLY the bit about getting order info is checked. NOTHING else is checked. I’m not supposed to be receiving any QVC emails EXCEPT info on orders.

To the naked customer eye looking at my Preferences page, I should not be receiving sales & specials emails, they are unchecked - yet I’m receiving up to half a dozen emails a DAY.

Can a Moderator tell me what I need to do so that I ONLY receive order-related emails?

I am sorry that you are receiving QVC emails; however I also see that you only should be receiving the order & shipping confirmations. Also though you do receive the QVC Account summary emails monthly. I will have our direct marketing take a look at what is causing these emails to you. Also would you mind taking a snapshot of one of the emails you are receiving and send it to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com to my attention, please?

I took screen shots of my Preferences if you want those. I just cleared the latest batch of emails and deleted them all, and emptied my “Trash”, so right now I don’t have one to send you, sorry :-( my bad.  If I continue to get them, I will absolutely forward some to you. Thanks for your help.
