On 01-24-21, I placed an order for a Logo top that was on "waitlist".  I would periodically check my account for the status and at one time, it stated that my order was processing.  I was happy that qvc had gotten the item back in. So, the next time I checked on the status of said top, the item was completely off my list of orders!  I chalked it up to the fact that maybe there was only a 30 day time period for an item a customer ordered on "waitlist" to come in, and if it didn't, it was deleted from your ordered list. So, on 03-07-21, you guessed it, I reordered the top. Now, today, 03-09-21, I received an e-mail stating the top I originally ordered on 01-24-21, has shipped!  I checked my orders list, and sure enough,the top mysteriously reappeared in my ordered list!  And, I went to the top that I ordered on 03-07-21 to try to cancel the duplicate one and I am not allowed to cancel!  I know I can send it back when I receive it but why should I have to pay for shipping twice, for a mistake that was made on qvc's end?

@Tuffcookie

'Waitlist' orders are held for 45 days, not 30, unless you cancel it.

That doesn't change the fact that since your first waitlist order 'disappeared' from your order status, one would assume that it was cancelled, therefore you reordered when it came back on waitlist.

Email your order info etc. to the Mods at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com and they can probably help you with this, so that you don't have to pay to return the disappearing order.

HTH!

Yesterday, I checked on 2 Logo tops that were still in process. No status change, so I called customer care and just cancelled them both.  That takes care of the duplicate top I ordered!
