@Krimpette@  Easy!   When you type in the @ sign, the name of the poster comes up at the top of a list, and you choose it!

Not a dumb question at all @Krimpette!

@When you reply to a post, like I am replying to yours, you type the @sign and the posters nickname you are replying to will automatically pop up and you can click on it. As soon as I typed the @sign, your nickname popped up and I clicked on it. You will get a notification that I mentioned your name in the Notification box next to your signin avatar.

 

@If you are starting a new post, type the @sign and start to type the nickname of who you are writing to and a popup will start. The more you type their nickname, the more it will suggest names to click on.
