Hello Customer Care,
Yesterday early in the morning Eastern time, I ordered A474709. By afternoon I did not receive an email stating that my order was received. Also, it was not showing in Order Status. I chatted with Customer Service who informed me that it can take up to 30 minutes to appear. It had already been about 6 hours, and I was told that the order did not go through.
I placed the order again for A474709 and immediately got the order received email and it was listed in my order status.
I saw just a few minutes ago that the first order went through, almost 24 hours after I submitted it.
Now I have 2 orders for the same item and only want 1. I spoke to customer service just now and was told that both are in process and it is too late to cancel one of them.This is of no fault of my own. Please advise if you can assist to cancel one of the two orders. Thank you.

This exact same thing happened to me, same day, same sequence of events. I now have two of the item being shipped.

@PhilaLady1 I am sorry that's happened, we also were unable to cancel, please use the prepaid label to return at no charge, we will make the necessary notes on the account & order.

Same thing happened to me with Saturday's TSV. I finally received the order confirmation for my first order Sunday morning. I called right away and was told neither order could be cancelled. The CSR said she'd contact the warehouse to see if they could stop it and it could take up to 72 hours for me to receive and email on whether it was successful. It's past 72 hours and I've received nothing.

The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. It was for a Lug Cosmetic Case and I was unsuccessful at cancelling two separate orders that were listed on my account since Lug orders are sent out by the vendor.
I tried multiple times to cancel my order and received multiple auto-reply emails but both cases were delivered to me anyway.
I ended up keeping both cases since it was a good sale and the cosmetic cases were really great. So I gave one away to my daughter since I really like the Cosmetic Case.

Same exact thing happened to me! Customer Service told me to mail one pair back and they will not charge return shipping! They better not; they made a mistake now I have to go to the trouble to return. I don't think Susan Graver sold as many pairs as she thinks! Lots of these may be coming back. What a pain!
