...for the food "returns" spectrum?

I bought the TSV popcorn in mid August. It arrived on August 22. I had planned to put it in a basket near the microwave. Days later, I saw the "Weekly Special" basket set and jumped at the deal since they were exactly what I wanted to house it in. They seemed to be shipped on a snail, and finally arrived on Sept 4. I opened the box of popcorn to find a greasy mess. The bags weren't sealed and had leaked butter in every plastic wrapper, the bags were soaked, and had leaked all over the place in the box.

I'm afraid to eat it since the bags are all open and leaking, and just handling them to take these photos my hands were greasy. I've been going back and forth about contacting you over something so small in the scheme of things. But it hasn't been 30 days, and it is a waste of $30. If it doesn't thats fine. Others may have this issue too. TIA!

I don't know if you can tell in the photos they are all like the bottom photo, globs of butter leaking out of the seal and in the bags. The paper bag is different colors where the butter has soaked it.

What a mess! As they say... Back it goes. Call CS. I don't order food from Q as don't  want to deal with it  and possible return issues and think it is usually overpriced. I would be disgusted also for that price! I am sorry you have such a mess and can clearly see the leaking from the packages.

@Ane1Care    QVC doesn't take food back.  Call CS and they'll credit your account or send you another, if still avsilable.  The packages I got are fine.

@Gorgf .  As @Kachina624  stated, they do not take food back. They will refund money. That’s why I do sometimes order food.

My husband ordered Nutrisystem from Walmart and the dry ice was gone and food warm. They insisted he had to return it. I told him he should have ordered from QVC and they would tell him to throw it away and would refund his money.

@Kachina624  is right, QVC cannot accept food returns, but will refund you for the leaking popcorn upon contacting CS.

If your question re: return also included the basket set you purchased to store the popcorn in and you may not need/want since you don't have the popcorn, it would be subject to QVC's 30 day return policy for purchases.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Thank you all, especially Susan, for helping me!♥️  I wasn't sure if I could explain over the phone or even on a Live Chat what the issue was so, I came here with photos. I figured QVC wouldn't want it back, I misspoke when I said, "return", sorry.

I've ordered their popcorn before and it wasn't like this. I guess when they say, "extreme butter", they weren't lying. 😂
