Does QVC's CS have an e-mail address any more?

I have been looking for a contact e-mail, because I am pretty sure there used to be one, but I only find the phone number and the live chat info, which are no use at this time of night. I think some people e-mail the social team that monitors the forum, but I thought there was an actual customer service e-mail, does anyone know for sure?

@CamilleP If I have any problems or concerns, I email QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. I do get email from Customer Care QVC (maybe CustomerCare@qvc.com?). This is my experience.

The one I have used for the last several years has been that Social Team email, and they've been very helpful with any purchase, return, credit, customer service issue. Immediately responsive, and they've resolved the issue right away. Hope that helps.

@CamilleP It is QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. I just used that email yesterday and they responded very quickly.

@Pecky, I always contact social team. Each person is always considerate ,listens to you and is extremely helpful.They work for (QVC I think)and do whatever they can to help. Sligo

You can fill out Feedback down at the bottom. And yes they do respond from that with the address customercare@qvc.com so you can probably use that directly.

Thank you, everyone, for replying! It sounds like the old contact e-mail is no longer the preferred contact method, so I'll wait until daylight hours from now on. (It is a pain to be a night owl from time to time,) I have a question about my polarfleece sheet TSV order, so I'll e-mail the social team about it. Thanks again!
