@occasionalrain, go to your post.

Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner.

You should see an option to UN-select that "best answer".

I've been to the dots, no option to remove the best answer that's why I edited instead but thanks for the suggestion.

I'm on my I Mac now and there is no small print but still the display doesn't fill the screen. I can live with that.

I can't make the screen bigger on IPad by using two fingers to enlarge, like I can on Every Other Website!!

THIS!  Me too.  On my iPad, the font is too small and I can't use 2 fingers to stretch it as I could before. ( As I can for every other website.)

I  am having the same problem ... the font is so small !!! ... I thought it was just me but, it seems like it is a widespread problem .... I lit every light in the room to try & read the forum posts .... QVC must have gone budget shopping for their IT programmers because they really screwed the web site up!  .... NO QUALITY CONTROL ON THE WEB SITE!!!!! ...... so very sad!!! 😫

If you have a touch screen, you can try putting a finger on both sides of the display and move them to the outter edges.

That doesn't work - iPad here, and this feature stopped working on the QVC site at the same time the font got small.  Arggggghh!

Perhaps they think it's April 1st.

Maybe they got a grant to test us or hope we get so frustrated we will destroy our tablets and have to buy a new one. We'll know if one is a TSV in the near future.

This is all another fire truck of a mess by QVC's inept IT department.  When I set my screen to 100%, which is the normal font to read, it cuts links off of several pages.

MODERATORS:  STOP trying to blame your customers for the inept IT department!  Relay to the them to fix their royal mess up!  It's insulting the way you try to blame your customers for a problem on your end!  Your IT department shames QVC!  The fact you back them up is insulting to your customers!

Whose idea was it bring the font down to less than 100%?  Does the IT department know how many elderly people shop for QVC?  Someone was using their head for only a hat rack!
