I ordered the Barefoot Dreams TSV last week and received it today. Unfortunately, I received it in the wrong size and color and no return slip included. I called customer service about a return slip and I wanted to get the correct size and color, unfortunately it is out of stock. Also, the way the tunic was packaged was awful. It was squeezed into a bag that looked like it was run over by a truck. 
I truly need to walk away from ordering from here, too many shipping problems. 
I really wanted this tunic for an upcoming trip.☹️

Sending the wrong item is getting to be a QVC bad habit.

Lately QVC is gettig rid of old inventory from last year as part of their 'clearance'. with price reductions.  Your chances of returning for another size is nearly nill.  Typically if you need another size, by the time they receive the product back, your size will not be available.  I sometimes have to order two sizes (especially in shoes) to insure that I receive a correct fit, but unfortunately have to incur the shipping to do that which is getting costly.

 

Customer Service has said they are no longer  providing return shipping labels with the excuse of "paper saving".. which to me, is bad customer service.  It puts the onus on the customer to go to the computer and print out their own label and supporting materials.   Many people do not have access to printers to do this. Another thing to make life more difficult for the customer rather than the on-line/tv retailer.

All of the above posts do not surprise me.  Many years ago back in the early 2000's, it was much different.  Rarely did I have to wait for an item very long; now it seems to take what feels like "forever".  The same with returns and getting your $ back.

 

This is why I rarely purchase anymore; IMO, it's not what it used to be and I don't see much of the 'quality, value or convenience'.

@annie57  I received the two that I bought a few days ago.  I think it depends on which location is shipping because most of the time I receive a receipt inside the bag.

 

I rarely return items unless they are defective so not getting a receipt isn't a big deal to me, but I did get a receipt for the two TSV BFD items that I ordered....looking at it right now.

 

That is strange that some customers get a receipt and some don't.  Sometimes, it seems to be stuck against the side of the bag, so I turn the bags inside out just to make sure that if there is a receipt, I get it.  I also ordered some Isaac scarves from a different order on a different day, and got a receipt for those too.

 

I wonder if it matters on which state they are shipping to, where some states mandate a receipt, while others don't, or if it has to do with which warehouse they are shipping from.
