I’m very upset with customer service. I placed an order for two tops that were supposed to be delivered July 7th. Apparently my items were delivered to the wrong post office on July 3rd and haven’t been rerouted. I called the post office and they do not have my items. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do until next week. I don’t know about anyone else but I’ve had to follow up on every single order I’ve placed. What is the point of paying for shipping when the delivery doesn’t come as promised? I won’t be spending my hard earned money somewhere that doesn’t treat their customers nicely.

They asked everyone to wait 10 days before they will investigate

@Anne MarieC Both UPS and the USPS have huge backlogs of unsorted packages. QVC has asked people to wait a few days to give them a chance to get them delivered. If the are indeed lost, QVC will either replace or refund the purchase with no problem. Does that sound reasonable?

@Kachina624 It’s the lack of tracking update for 6 days and customer service doing nothing about it that doesn’t seem reasonable. I even offered to go to the post office to pick it up and they couldn’t tell me where my package was. I’m learning that it also depends on who on the social team responds to you. I had an issue with a different order and Alice was awesome and responsive. The person who answered me about this order was not willing to help at all.

@Anne MarieC QVC has nothing to do with tracking, it's done by the shipper either UPS or USPS. There is really nothing QVC can do about it either. They can't order the post office to find your package. Hopefully it'll turn up and be delivered soon. I know it's frustrating as I'm missing a couple too, although I did finally have one delivered today.
