I have the exact same issue with these steaks as well as the garlic buttered flavored sirloins.  They tell me they are out of stock, but you look at their website and there they are!  But at a higher price and/or less quantity (but same size and type of steak).  I am not sure this is not fraud-ish for not delivering under the promised price.   During the shows to convince you to do auto-delivery they state "hey lock in your price" "you'll get it at this price even if the price goes up".  

 

This unethical practice has me avoiding Rastelli definitely and second-guessing any further shopping via QVC.  

 

In the meantime, don't tell me it's not available when I can clearly see it on your website.
