Did not recieve my item, returns too expensive, prices too high, value too low, poor custotmer svc

,I did not recieve a Samsung 9.A03s I ordered.

I tried to make a claim with UPS but their sites says it went to USPS and I have to reach the vendor.

I tried chatting with QVC but no one ever came on to speak with me.

I tried chatting additional times but the chat function kept freezing.

I tried to return the other item I ordered, but it wants to charge me $6.95.

I feel that item was too expensive and not a good value.

 

I will contact my credit card company and file a dispute if I am unable to get satisfaction and I may also file a complaint with the California Attorney Genereal's office unless you act quickly to resolve my complaint.

This is a forum with other customers.  I have never ever had an issue talking to a customer service rep over the phone and I have never had an issue with the chat feature.

 

Returns have always been 6.95 to return.   What happened when you called the customer service phone number?

QVC does not charge your credit card until the item SHIPS.    Have you checked your bank account?

What did customer service say when you called to tell them what you've told us here? 

Rather than using a chat feature you do realize that you can speak directly with a representative when calling customer service.

@MatteyinSD    What exactly did you order and when is the estimated date of delivery?  Did you check the tracking # to see where it is? If USPS has the item it takes a little longer to get the item to you. 

I have used the chat feature a couple of times and the issue was resolved immediately. Calm down you will receive what you ordered or QVC will refund your money. I have shopped with them for 30 years and I have never had a problem with QVC not doing the right thing.

Please reread your last paragraph:  Remember the Q doesn't read this board because it is for the posters.  You are talking to us as though we can / should resolve your problem.

 

Have you checked with USPS as directed ?     Step #1

 

If you have read any of the posts on this board, you will have come across numerous suggestions to email the QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com.                              Step #2

If UPS dropped the tv (?) off at USPS, it means the vendor (or Q) chose the lowest priority shipping option. Because it's such low priority, USPS is under no obligation to deliver it the second it shows up. Q or the vendor who shipped it chose a lousy shipping option.

 

Set up a free mychoice account at UPS. You can set up notifications for your deliveries and set up several preferences.  

 

You can also upgrade your UPS mychoice by paying $20 a year and UPS will keep and deliver packages when a vendor chooses the cheap option yours did. 

 

Someone posted the email address for the Q social team Email them now. They can usually help.

You have two separate issues.  For the item not received CALL customer service or email the QVC Social Team at socialteam@qvc.com.     As far as returns being too exprensive it is what it is.

@MatteyinSD.  QVC customers to not make claims for missing items.  If it was shipped to you and you didn't receive it, all you have to do is call customer service and they will issue a refund.  I've never had trouble reaching them, especially mornings when they're not so busy.
