I just got this e-mail from CS:

The problem is I never ordered anything from Rastelli's. I did however order a Kansas City Prime Rib on Dec. 16th I never got! I'm trying to cancel it however it's saying it may be too far along in process to cancel it. How is that possible if I never got it in the first place and now the EDD is Jan. 6?!
Anyways did anyone else get this e-mail?

@michiganfan1. I think I'd call CS and get this straightened out. Perhaps you made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing.

Thanks I'll do that. I did check my orders again on my account just now and it says Kansas City Prme Rib on it,

Got the same email from Jimmy the Baker. I ordered on 12/19 and the delivery date is 1/8. How can an order take 19 days to ship but cannot be canceled?. Unbelievable.

I got the start of your email. About it being beyond their control. Mine was for a jewelry item that I did order.
I ordered a food item from Kansas City on the 16th with arrival on the 19th. Never came. I called CS a couple of times and they said it would come. This morning I cancelled because it had not shipped. Said it couldn't be cancelled. I also had a Jan. Arrival date. Really odd.

Yes it is. I can't seem to get a hold of CS (yes I know they're busy right now) so if it shows up I'll just ask for a refund since it didn't get here before Christmas like promised.

I would call customer sevice to make sure it was really them.

If I may.............once you place an order a label is created with a tracking number and they may email you that number but for quite a while it may sit and not be "on its way" and that could take weeks. If I can't bump up my shipping to express which costs more but to me very much worth it, then I kind of have to really want what I'm ordering.

After reviewing your order history, I am happy to verify that we don't see any active Rastelli orders; however, you may have received this email because you did place an order for Rastelli's Philly Cheesesteak burgers on 8/22/2025 on auto-delivery online but later canceled it. The email may have been sent to anyone who placed a Rastelli order regardless of it being canceled or active. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
I also want to apologize for the delay in receiving your Kansas City Steak order and share in your frustration with this as a customer myself. However, I am happy to see that its cancelation ended up going through since it wasn't able to make it in time.
