Part of my order #***** was delivered to a business in another city by  UPS on 4/28/20. UPS cannot be reached to try to correct issue. I called customer service and they had to issue me a refund because, of course, the item is no longer available. This is the 3rd time orders have been lost in shipping and 3rd time lost / missing item no longer available. Very frustrating.
