It gets more and more ridiculus everytime I try to get return info. Last week my return from a month ago had been received. Today it hasn't. There's not even an email address anymore. I don't want to stop ordering when I find what I want. But all my money is tied up in returns QVC says aren't there. I realize my patience is running out in a really difficult time. QVC doesn't want to have lousy customer service HOWEVER, that is what is happening, as I also imagine losing customers is happening. QVC is kind of a habit for me that I can no longer afford. So while I'm waiting for my refunds I'll not be shopping and if there is no money in my account for easy pays on stuff I send in ages ago, so be it.

I've been shopping with QVC since the late 80's....and paid them quite a good amount of $$ over the years, I might say. It has come to an abrupt halt ! There is no way that I would order anything from them now -slow shipping, slow return status, people getting messages that their orders are being delayed when they say they didn't order anything of the sort from them, no customer service..etc. I have 2 pending orders , one that goes back into June and one into early July - both in process - and I can't even cancel them. It's a hot mess !

I agree with you! I got a message Saturday saying that I missed an easy pay for an item I returned in FEBRUARY and got a refund for it. My account is locked and I can not access it. Susan, a moderator here, contacted me and said she passed my post along to customer service and ask that someone contact me. I have heard nothing yet. I feel as though this is a lost cause!!! Anyone have any ideas for me?
