Custormer Service Compliment

I just wanted to post a compliment for the service I received from Timothy the other day. I have been a QVC customer for many years and lately have had some of the same experiences as others with shipping, orders changing to back order, sitting in process for a long time. When I called I had several issues and was very pleased with Timothy's service,

 

Example: order for Attitudes by Renee shirt in process for more than two weeks and still showing in stock. I asked if I should just reorder and he could cancel the one showing in process. He entered an expedited order and somehow I had the shirt the next day!! Other issues appear to be resolving as well. I was not sure how to report his good service so hope this will do it.

I also would like to compliment an employee named  LISA who works in Customer Service. I had a problem regarding returns and she helped me resolve the issue in a timely manner and was so professional and nice and I told her how much I appreciated her williness to help.  It makes a big difference to have someone who cares about the customer and enjoys their job.

I wish I could remember their names 3x's I called CS this week.  Quick wait time and my inquiry was handled quickly & efficiently.

 

I usually have very pleasant CS reps who are helpful.
