I know that alot of you have had problems when you call Customer Service. Well i must say i spoke with 2 different ones about 2 different items and they were wonderful and helpful. They fixed my issues right away. Just want them to know they were helpful.

Both moderators and customer service deserve a big raise.  Everytime I have spoken to a customer service rep or posted here for a moderator, they have been overwhelmingly pleasant, and a great help and I appreciate them so much.  What a nice thread!

I don't have a lot of issues with shopping at QVC, but last year in the midst of the pandemic, I was having so many problems with receiving items. I contacted CS via email and was pleasantly surprised with how they followed through immediately, sometimes as soon as the email went through! I only check my email account once a day in the morning and was surprised to see two or three responses the following day. They did as promised and didn't leave me until the issue was completely solved. I can only imagine what a nightmare they had to deal with last year, most times the problems were with shipping and not even "under their umbrella". Thanks for calling out a great division at the Q.
