I had just posted elsewhere regarding how customer service has become so bad.
I've been a customer for 30 plus years and have never had to wait on hold for so long, or had such issues.
i just cancelled the laset of my auto delivery items and will not order from qvc for a long time. Maybe never.
It is just an isolated incident of bad service it's becoming the norm.
I'm done.
