Hi customer care  I have tried calling and emailing  the hold time was over one hour and noone has replied to my emails  I have sent back 4 items  and need help   there is no tracking info for these items   they were sent back weeks ago  and I am still getting charged.

Can someone please contact me by email.  Thank you so much for your attention

Just like many others I ordered 2 items over a month ago and they havent even shipped yet.  I too have tried to reach someone anyone at QVC but was unsuccessful. I wanted to cancel these items as they were gifts and I have since replaced them.  I am so disappointed in QVC.  I am considering just not ordering from them anymore.  I have a long purchasing history with them but this is just unexceptable.  I understand the delay with the pandemic issues but not being able to reach anyone to cancel my order.... I believe they will not let you contact anyone because they know the customer service is so bad and still want to make money off of you. QVC.... shame on you!!!!!
