Anyone having trouble calling to speak to someone in customer service?  Keeps saying no one is available and if I press "0" it tells me the number is not in service and gives me a number to call which is QVC and the same thing happens again.  So frustrating!

i find this happens at busy times..also today is sunday so im sure they dont want to pay time and a half to too many employees..

Its a free shipping day so there will be lots of questions and problems.  Don't present "0" and wait your turn or call another day if its not urgent.

Try the Chat Live @joco728  I used it yesterday with no wait, I'm having a sign-in Issue. I changed my password as instructed, Q confirmed my email & the problem continues...I signed in today with a link Q CS emailed me yesterday. This site is full of annoying glitches, I come here less & less to shop & chat...too bad because I do enjoy it.

Yes, having the same problem!

I'm calling YET AGAIN regarding my refunds, one month is TOO LONG to be waiting for these silly refunds to 'process'!

@Ronettes ....same issue with me.  My tracking showed it arrived on 1/13 and still no credit to my account.

I must be really lucky because the 2 items I returned to QVC were credited within a few days.  Used the "returns and exchanges" form from the main page, gave the info requested and emailed it.  Got my refund before they even received the items.  Easy/peasy!

 

In fact, I just got charged the return shipping a couple of weeks after I got my refunds.

@kaydee50 You are lucky.  I have been using this method and at first they were very fast in refunding me, now not so much. It's been a week that I sent the email to them and have heard nothing back.  I will try it again, What form are you using?  All I see is the email address and they tell you what information to include in the email.

@Pecky  I sent my items back the last week in December using the form that asks for the item number, order #, etc.  I suspect that the number of returns has increased dramatically since people have until the end of the month to return stuff.
