Customer Service

I see complaints but wanted to give a shout out to Teresa who helped an old lady out today.  She could have easily brushed me off but took the time to help me out.  It's a hard job in customer service dealing with complaints. Thank you again!

I agree! It has to be one of the most difficult jobs to have lately! It's sad that she is not likely to see this thoughtful thread, but the MODS  might, and I'm sure they will be appreciative of your kind, and grateful post.😊 It's always encouraging to see positive comments regarding customer service.👍👍
