Customer Service is non existant!!!!

My first order ever for my husband of 2 pair of shoes did not work out and had to be returned. I rarely return anything I get from QVC. The 2 pair of shoes were returned over 5 weeks ago. They were set up on easy pay and continue to have payments taken. They will soon be paid in full.

Tried to do a live chat. Tried to call. Nothing is available to get this corrected. Looked at status on returns and has not been processed yet.

There is no email to communicate this problem.

So I am paying $118 for 2 pair of shoes that were shipped back properly.

This is unacceptable. I am a faithful QVC shopper for a very long time. If this doesn't get corrected to my satisfication I will no longer make QVC or HSN purchases.

Although these are trying times, QVC has dropped the ball for having no customer service.

I am sure if a purchase was to be made over the phone, there would be no problem in that area.

I  have spent way too much time with attempted live chats and phone calls.

Not happy!

@Corner Road Gang    There is CS.  Relate you problem in an email to our mods at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com, including your order #.

@Corner Road Gang  I understand your frustration.

 

I've gotten through to CS but it takes a long time waiting.  I've waited for 10, 12 and so on minutes to get through to CS.

 

If it's important enough to get to them, just hang on and wait.

 

I'll wait as long as 1 hour... even more...for someone to come on the other end.

 

I'm not talking about QVC when I reference the long(er) wait time, just to show an example that QVC is still better than most.

Hi Corner Road Gang--here's my 2 cents!--I personally would never put anything on easy pay-why u say?--bc I feel  that I have 30 days 2 return & that should give me enough time 2 decide if I want 2 keep--not knowing if something is going 2 fit & the have the pressure of knowing that I will be charged on easy pay is not worth it--either I buy it knowing I have 30 days or I just don't buy & I would never put on easy pay--it's just not worth it--I have seen many blogs about this problem--I wish u good luck w/ur problem--marynj
