Customer Care Delivery Problems

Can someone in customer care ask Sally Combs why the Earth Brand shoes take aprx.12 days to be delivered.  I am not ordering anything again untilI I find out how soon delivery is promised.  This is unacceptable.  I will check back for an answer.  This time span has happened to the earth brand and to the Liginf Proof hair care products.. I never received them after waiting aprx the same amount of time.  Thank u

i don't think that Sally's expertise is in how and when they get delivered.  you may have better luck in calling cs.

@I am appleblossom - Are you saying you receive the shoes about 12 days after you place your order? If so, unfortunately, that sounds about right based on QVC's policies and shipping approach. Hopefully the times will be a day or two quicker now that we're past the holidays, though...

If you are expecting an answer, you probably will not receive one the way you posted.

 

You would have to @      the mods or email them to get a possible reply.

 

The computer generates an Estimated delivery, and I doubt any other information is going to be available to Customer Service.

 

Almost all my orders take that long to process and be received.  If you know the typical delivery time, take that into consideration when ordering.

 

Is there a particular reason you can't wait 12 days for a pair of shoes?

Well this is the Customer Care forum. It's in place of a phone call to QVC, and the CS here is better than the telephone CS IMO.  So I don't think the OP's post here is inappropriate, even though the Sally Combs reference might be.  I'm sure the Mods who are CS here can understand the OP's complaint.
