If one of the Mods could please check why I was not giving a credit from talking to a manager the other day through CS. She had promised to credit my QVC account and I am not showing any additional credits, thank you.

@hotbuyer What is the item number and has the order shipped?

@Susan-QVC No they were suppose to be courtesy credits because of all the issues I am still having with my order from May 1st still not being shipped and the 3 others orders that are still have issues and not being shipped and her not really being able to do anything about it. She told she would be putting credits on my account, I would have thought it was noted but if I need to try and call back in CS I will if you don't have access to CS stuff.

I believe when you place a new order the credit shows up as a credit then. It's deducted from the price of the item you're purchasing.

@hotbuyer My misunderstanding, I do see a small credit issued on 6/2, thats most likely the result of the callback.

@Susan-QVC Actually I talked to the manager or supervisor on Saturday 6/6.The 6/2 was one of the automated email delay shipping thing for one of the 4 orders.
