I sent back an item and QVC received it 1/20/23. They still have not put the credit back to my account. It has been 3 weeks. I have called several times and keep getting the run around. Last week I was told I should have it by yesterday the 9th. I called tonight and was told hopefully by next Thursday. Is anyone else having this issue with a gift card return?

@BROWNEYEDMOM1 - Try sending a message with your order details to this email address: qvcsocialteam@qvc.com. Refunds to gift cards can be a little complicated; hopefully they'll be able to help you get your money back. Good luck!

  1. @BROWNEYEDMOM1    Just ask the social team if you could get aQVC credit towards your future orders....it can be hard to credit back gift cards  as it is often times the fault of the credit card Company, not the store issuing the credit.

If you have an account at QVC, meaning you are already a shopper, ask them to just credit your account.  Then the gift card stays out of it.  If this is your first purchase on this gift card, good luck.
