Could use some help with package

A QVC package arrived today empty. It was supposed to contain item #A372122 and at first I thought the packaging had been cut open and planned to call my local Post Office. But after looking more closely, the side of that bag was never sealed shut, so the USPS has likely been Shipping an empty bag across the country. Wondering if someone from CS could help me with this given the photograph I've attached. Thank you!

@Mrsq2022 I've had a couple of those bags arrive open but miraculously the contents have been intact. Contact the mods at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com for help.

@Mrsq2022 I Had the same problem though not as severe as yours. The side of my bag was partially sealed so my top was still inside. I received it last Tuesday. Sounds like an issue at the point of packaging.

@Mrsq2022 Would you like a replacement or a refund?

@Susan-QVC thank you! I'd love a replacement item to be sent if that can be done. I think the packaging dept uses a "heat" sealer for those bags, and neither side of this bag was fully sealed closed. Hopefully it was a glitch and not soemthigb that happened to all packages sent out that day.

I have not had this happen before so I wanted to include the photos as it was clear to me that the bag wasn't cut by someone so not a "theft". Just an accident. Thank you for your help!!

@mspatmac @Yes, I bet there was an issue with their packaging that whole day, which is really a shame. My item was a lipstick so it was small and not expensive, but I sure hope this didn't happen with any jewelry items!
