@CSang  Good luck with that. I never found anyone, and ended up having to get rid of my pressure cooker. Cook's Essentials are fine while they last, but in my experience with three CE appliances, they don't last as long as more expensive equipment. I guess that's to be expected, but it's so wasteful to have to replace something that just needs a part, right?

@CSang I had to replace a part a few years ago and called their customer service number...1-866-533-1184. Hoping they can help you too.

I've been lucky with my two cooks essentials pressure cookers. I still have the receipts. My six quart is 16 years old and the four quart is 6 years old. 
I'm pretty sure the quality isn't the same as it used to be.
