We received a broken lamp (one of eight for the pathway). We have tried three times to get a replacement but QVC keeps sending us the wrong thing. We are really considering never to order anything from them again.

Welcome to our Forums. I am sorry that you have been having difficulty with your order for the Pathway Lights. Unfortunately it lookis like we are not able to do a partial replacement for what you need. As Customer Service suggested earlier today, you are welcome to return the whole set for an exchange or refund.

We all expect perfection, but that goal is rarely achievable. 

 

The fact is that QVC has millions of customers and there are even more millions of daily deliveries in this nation.

 

It is remarkable that the system is as efficient as it is and that most people are more or less satisfied.  

 

Mistakes happen.  Be patient and kind.

 

Customer service always tries to be helpful, but we as shoppers must also take responsibility for following through.

@FancyPhillyshopper, I do not expect perfection from anybody, especially QVC.
