I can't get Community Chat to open for some reason.

The past two days is all I get "Is processing. "I rarely bother to try and open it it. Opened the Insider one once as does not appeal to me.

For some reason I was awake around 5:00 this morning. Had no problem accessing Community Chat. AT 6:00 on the dot I could no access this forum. Strange.

I'm not having trouble with the forums.

However I placed 2 orders today and received the confirmation email but both orders say contact customer service.

I did and they said there is a glitch in the system and call back in 24 hours.

Anyone else having this problem?

Yes I have called 3 times. On hold for 1 hour then hung up twice. I finally reached someone who was so rude .I will cancel all orders if this keep sup.
