@Beth-QVC@AnjalenaQVC - Ever since the new category "InsideQ" was added it is taking at least 1 minute if not more for the category "Community Chat" to load. Is there any word on why it takes so long to access Community Chat? Any plans for this to be fixed? I don't believe this issue had been addressed. Can we kindly get some information. Slow access to that category is frustrating as is not knowing anything. Thanks in advance.

I’m sorry for any difficulties with the Community. Please try clearing the cookies in the browser then restarting your device to see if the system runs correctly. If that still doesn’t work, please @ us to let us know!

Hi @AnjalenaQVC.This is happening to everyone and has been a chronic problem that's been discussed here since that new category was added "InsideQ" was added. Clearing cookies does not help.

 

This is not a problem just for me but for everyone. It has been discussed here a lot. Perhaps no one from the social team has seen the threads and numerous posts that talk about the issue. Thanks so much for your help and perhaps getting a solution, for all, for this issue!

@tansy and @stevieb - The moderators pinned the "Community Technical Issues" thread to the top of the Customer Care forum so people can easily review it without having to scroll through all the other posts to find the latest content. When someone comments in this thread, it will rise to the top of the forum like any other thread, making it appear as if there are two identical threads, but there is just one thread. You'll notice that after you've read all the new posts, both lines for the thread will display as having no new content. Hope that helps!

 

(I know you both posted about this a couple of weeks ago, but nobody addressed your questions, so I thought I'd share an answer in case you were still curious.)

For what this is worth, since I can keep such odd, 'off the wall hours,'  it seems that my strange, "wee hrs of the morning" visits, is when the "Community Chat" Forum  In/Out seems almost 100% Accessible & PDQ. 

 

Dont know if this helps "troubleshoot" any problems.  Hope so.
