I  made a purchase on 10/23 do I have  until jan 31st to return I called  customer service  and they didnt sound  so sure  Please respond

The item would be clearly marked with a red Christmas Return banner.  It has been just below the description, maybe mid page.  If you don't see that eligible for Jan returns banner, it would only be the 30 days.

Holiday Return Policy: Any purchase you make now until December 24, 2025 can be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price, minus the S&H and Q Return Label fee until 1/31/26, or exchanged for a free replacement of the same item in a different color or size. Restrictions may apply.

@rms1954 Wrong information. Anything bought after 9-21 (that date may be off a day or two) can be returned by Jan. 31, 2026.

yes, if it was purchased on 10/23/25, then you have until 1/31/26 to return it for a refund or exchange.

Yes, until January 31. It starts September 18 or 19th. I asked in chat.

If you purchased Christmas in July, I believe it's January 31.
