Is the chat line working today? I can only see this option if I go to my order status and   I could open it to chat and then it "disappeared".. Now I can't  open it to start a chat.  What gives?

@violet runner   I haven't been able to use live chat for weeks now.  They are definitly having issues.   If I am looking at something and take too long, then it pops up to see if I have any questions or need help.
