I don't think these are catch phrases but here are a couple things which I tend to get a little annoyed with --- 

 

When someone constantly says ---- Trust me --- that kind of makes me have the opposite feeling

 

When someone says -- I could care less -- I want to correct them and say --- you mean ---- You couldn't care less.  But I don't say anything.  

 

This one is small --- when someone says --- It's "sus".  Just say the full word -- it's not that much longer!
