I am done ordering from QVC - my last three orders have had problems. I ordered two fashion items where the wrong color was shipped to me, and I had to return - the return label you print costs 6.95 and there is no way to change that because it was QVC mistake. One item was mailed nack more than a week ago, and there is no tracking information yet for the return. I also ordered a mattress which was supposed to be delivered by May 16, but the order was never transmitted to the vendor, and had to be re-ordered. So I will shop Amazon and Macy's which are infinitely more reliable.

So sorry you have had these issues. Did you call customer service and request a return due to the company's error?

Did you call customer service to have your return shipping fee refunded due to QVC's error? Yes, it's a pain to have to do that since they should do it automatically, but you are entitled to all shipping costs refunded if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

@Fofina. If you returned items because wrong colors were sent, you won't be charged a return shipping fee. If you asked for a refund, check to be sure it's correct and call cs if it's not.
I order a lot, and can't remember the last time they sent me something in errorr. They actually make amazingly few mistakes.

@Fofina You should not have to pay for shipping back the orders that are their errors
